ATM

For spectator convenience, an on-site ATM will be available at the main entrance.

AUTOGRAPHS

Autographs are permissible but not during a player’s round. The best place for autographs is the Magna Kamtek Autograph Alley located between the pond behind the 18th green and the Coca-Cola Spectator Village. Other great places to get an autograph are behind the Driving Range and at the Putting Green.

**Please limit autographs to one item per celebrity for each spectator.**

BEVERAGES POLICY

No alcoholic beverages may be served or sold, or are permitted to be served or sold, to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) years.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone unable to provide proper identification to verify age or anyone who appears intoxicated.

CAMERA POLICY

Cameras are permitted for general spectator use ONLY during the Pro-Am on Wednesday. The use of flash is NOT permitted. Photography is restricted to accredited press with proper media credentials during the tournament rounds Thursday-Sunday.

COCA-COLA SPECTATOR VILLAGE

Come relax, eat great food and enjoy signature cocktails or a cold beer. The Coca-Cola Spectator Village is located on the back half of the driving range tee and offers great views of players hitting on the range. This area is open to the public and there will be umbrella tables, a merchandise tent, and more. Come enjoy this tournament hot spot!

CONCESSIONS

Numerous concession stands are located on the course serving a wide variety of food and beverage items. Breakfast items will be available. The primary concession areas are located at the:

  • Coca-Cola Spectator Village on the Driving Range
  • Michelob Ultra Club at the Watering Hole
  • Walkway between the 9th and 18th greens
  • UAB Callahan Eye Hospital and Clinics Fan Zone (Main Entrance)

Smaller, limited menu concessions stands are on the 4th and the 14th holes. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the tournament. Concession stands and mobile concession carts are equipped to accept Debit/Credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

FIRST AID

First Aid stations are located throughout the course, on Hole 4, between Holes 7 and 8, and between Holes 15 and 16.

Gates open at 7am Wednesday – Sunday.

JUNIOR TICKETS

Juniors 18 and under are admitted FREE with a ticketed adult. Additional tickets for Juniors are not required.

Juniors must have proper credentials to enter hospitality areas.

LOST & FOUND

Lost and found is kept at the admission gate at the main entrance until 5:00 p.m. each day. After 5:00 p.m., items will be taken to the Tournament Office. The Tournament Office can be reached at 205-969-9229.

MERCHANDISE SHOP

Stop by the Merchandise Pavilion in the Coca-Cola Spectator Village. Items for sale include caps, golf shirts, golf flags, golf balls, metals, t-shirts, and children’s apparel. The merchandise shop will be open when the gates open and will close following the end of play.

MILITARY APPRECIATION

All active and retired military, along with their guests, will receive free grounds access upon arrival with valid military I.D. Wednesday – Sunday of tournament week.

MOBILE DEVICE/PHONE POLICY

Please SILENCE your mobile device at all times. Phone calls are allowed in designated areas only. Devices may be used to capture video, audio, and photos for personal use only, in all areas during tournament week. The use of flash is NOT permitted. Data use is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week. No live streaming or real-time coverage is permitted. Please refrain from using your mobile device on-course, near play.

NURSING STATION

A nursing station for new mothers will be conveniently located in the Coca-Cola Spectator Village and will be open during tournament hours.

Our tournament parking lots are conveniently located, and provide short, air conditioned shuttle rides to and from the golf course.

Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is conveniently located in Lot A (Monday – Saturday at The Church at Brook Hills and Sunday Lot A moves to 300 Corporate Drive). A handicap accessible shuttle will transport individuals to the drop-off point in front of the Clubhouse. Only official state-issued handicap tags will be permitted.

RESTROOMS

Located throughout the golf course. Public restrooms are available near Hole 1, between Holes 1 and 2, between Holes 2 and 3, between Holes 4 and 5, between Holes 6 and 7, between Holes 7 and 8, at The Watering Hole, between Holes 12 and 13, between Holes 14 and 15, between Holes 15 and 16, and between Holes 17 and 18. There is also a restroom available at the Coca-Cola Spectator Village on the Driving Range.

WEATHER WARNING AND SUSPENSION OF PLAY

If inclement weather is approaching, a “Weather Warning” notification will be posted on all electronic scoreboards on the course. When this message appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precaution by evacuating the bleachers. In the event of a “Severe Weather” warning and a suspension of play, please proceed to the bus loading area to be returned to your car for safety. A suspension of play is preceded by an air horn signal. Suspension of play is a stoppage of play, not necessarily a cancellation of play for the day. A notification to play will be given in each parking lot.

WILL CALL

Will Call is located at the tournament main entrance as well as at the Lot A drop-off location. Public parking will drop you off in front of the main entrance. Lot A shuttles will drop you off at the Clubhouse.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following CANNOT be brought into the tournament:

  • No cameras (other than practice rounds and Pro-Am for personal photographic use only)
  • No video cameras (all week)
  • No bags larger than a small 6″ x 6″ purse, including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags, or chair bags
  • No clear plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • No cases and/or covers (such as a chair or umbrella covers)
  • No lawn or oversize chairs
  • No seat cushions in a carrying case or that have pockets or compartments
  • No bicycles
  • No signs, posters, and/or banners
  • No televisions, radios, computers, or laptops
  • No fireworks or laser pointers
  • No food and/or beverages, except for medical or infant needs
  • No plastic, metal, or glass cups, cans or containers of any kind, except for medical or infant needs
  • No coolers
  • No pets (other than service animals)
  • No metal-spiked golf shoes
  • No noise-making devices
  • No weapons (regardless of permit, including, but not limited to, firearms and knives)
  • Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the Champions TOUR and/or Tournament Security Personnel, in their sole discretion
  • Parents with small children are allowed to bring strollers and diaper bags, if needed. The items are subject to reasonable inspection before entering and/or at any time during the tournament

PERMITTED ITEMS

The following items are ALLOWED into the tournament:

  • No opaque bags larger than a small purse 6″ x 6″ including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags
  • Clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • A one gallon clear resealable plastic bag
  • At the tournament discretion, food may enter the Tournament in a clear plastic bag not to exceed the size of a one (1) gallon clear resealable plastic bag
  • Mobile phones, tablets, and PDA’s – MUST be on silent mode and adhere to TOUR’S Mobile Device Policy
  • Still camera with lens smaller than 6 inches; no case (During Practice Rounds Only)
  • Umbrellas without sleeve
  • Portable radios with headsets
  • Medically necessary supplies, stroller, small diaper bags, plastic baby bottles, and other necessary baby supplies (infant must be with carrier) – items subject to search.
  • Collapsible chairs without chair bags
  • Binoculars without case
  • Seat cushions that do not require a carrying case or that do not have pockets or compartments.
