Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the success of the tournament and your support is invaluable! We will be enlisting the help of approximately 1,000 volunteers to work on various committees, but more importantly, we want to ensure that each individual has a once-in-a-lifetime experience! There are over 25 different volunteer committees to choose from and we ask that all volunteers sign-up for at least three shifts, approximately 12-15 hours, throughout the week of the tournament.
All uniforms will be drop-shipped at the end of April 2014. Uniforms may not be drop-shipped to P.O. Boxes. For additional information, please contact Olivia Twiddy at email@example.com.
Who: All new Regions Tradition volunteers are encouraged to attend orientation. If you have volunteered in the past and would like to listen in on the presentation please feel free to do so.
What: A brief presentation to learn the basic information about the volunteer program and understand the important details for the week of the tournament.
When: Wednesday, April 30th, 2014 from 6:00pm-8:00pm

Why: To help answers all of your questions about volunteering and also offer a uniform exchange and pick-up location.

Option A: This version of the volunteer package will include one (1) Peter Millar golf polo, one (1) hat or visor, one (1) water bottle, one (1) volunteer credential and four (4) good any-one-day tickets. This volunteer package is priced at $50.00.
Option B: This version of the volunteer package will include one (1) Peter Millar golf polo, one (1) hat or visor, one (1) water bottle, one (1) volunteer credential, four (4) good any-one-day tickets and one (1) non-transferable round of golf at Shoal Creek. The 2014 volunteer play dates will be August 25th, and November 17th and 18th. This volunteer package is priced at $95.00.
Volunteer refunds up to $50.00 can be issued until April 1, 2014.
Each volunteer is given the opportunity to list three committee preferences. You will be notified of your committee assignment once your volunteer application is complete. Positions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
As a part of the volunteer package, each volunteer will receive a credential that will serve as a ticket to access the tournament during the days you are working as well as the days you are not scheduled to volunteer.
