New Volunteer Orientation Dates

This year we will be offering a New Volunteer Orientation.
This year’s orientation will consist of all general information regarding volunteering (where to park, eat, etc.).
As always our veterans are welcome to come for a refresher on general volunteer information.

*PLEASE NOTE: UNIFORMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE MAILING ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR VOLUNTEER ACCOUNT

New Volunteer Orientation will take place in the Marriott ballroom during the following times:
Saturday May 11th from 9:00am – 10:00am
Thursday May 16th from 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Overview

Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the success of the tournament and your support is invaluable! We will be enlisting the help of approximately 1,000 volunteers to work on various committees, but more importantly we want to ensure that each individual has a once in a lifetime experience!

Volunteer Package

All volunteers will be required to purchase the volunteer package. The package includes the volunteer uniform (one golf shirt, one ball cap or visor), entrance to volunteer hospitality area, food and beverage while on shift, and a credential to watch golf, with the option of playing a round of golf at Shoal Creek.

Committee Selection

Each volunteer is given the opportunity to list three committee preferences. You will be notified of your committee assignment in late February. Positions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Credentials

As a part of the volunteer package, each volunteer will receive a credential that will serve as a ticket to access the tournament during the days you are working as well as the days you are not scheduled to volunteer.

Junior Volunteers
