SPECTATOR INFORMATION
ATM:
For spectator convenience, a Regions ATM is located at main tournament entrance.
AUTOGRAPHS:
They are permissible; however, not during a player's tournament round. Autograph items are limited to one autograph per spectator.
BEST VANTAGE POINTS:
Public bleachers are located at the #1 tee, #8 green, #9 green, #13 green, #14 green, #16 green, #17 green, #18 green and the driving range.
BEVERAGE POLICY:
No alcoholic beverages may be served or sold, or permitted to be served or sold to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) years.
BLEACHERS:
Bleacher seating will be available throughout the golf course and is open to the public. Bleachers will be located on hole #1, #8, #9, #13, #14, #16, #17, #18 and the driving range.
CAMERA POLICY:
Cameras (including cell phone cameras) are permitted for general spectator use ONLY during practice rounds and the Wednesday Pro-Am. Photography is restricted to accredited press with proper media credentials during tournament rounds Thursday-Sunday.
CONCESSIONS:
Numerous concession stands are located on the course serving a wide variety of food and beverage items. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the tournament. Concession stands are equipped to accept Debit/Credit (Visa, MasterCard American Express).

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY:
Handicap accessible viewing is located next to the bleachers at holes #9 and #18. Handicap accessible restrooms are located throughout the course. Handicap Parking will be conveniently located in Lot S along County Road 41. Lot S can be accessed directly from County Road 41 approximately ¼ mile north of Hugh Daniel Drive. Follow event signage. Only official state issued handicap tags will be permitted. A handicap accessible shuttle will transport individuals to the clubhouse parking lot.

GATES:
Gates are now open Wednesday - Sunday.
KIDS/YOUTH TICKETS:
Kids 18 and under are admitted FREE to the tournament when accompanied by a ticketed adult each day of the tournament. Visit our ticket page to print a kid’s ticket, as well as purchase adult tickets.
LOST & FOUND:
Lost and found is kept at the admission gate at the main tournament entrance until 5PM each day. After 5PM, items will be taken to the Tournament Office and remain there for claim. Please contact the Tournament Office at (205) 969-9229 for assistance.
MERCHANDISE PAVILION:
The tournament's main merchandise pavilion will be located inside Shoal Creek's Golf Shop, the Golf Shop is adjacent to the clubhouse and is open to the public.
PARKING INFORMATION:
- All public parking for the tournament is FREE and is located at the corner of Highway 280 and Highway 119. (Follow event signage to parking lot)
- There will be plenty of tournament shuttles that will transport you to and from the main tournament entrance at any time.

PHONES:
With the revised policy, spectators are allowed to carry mobile devices on the golf course with the volume setting on silent or vibrate. Phone calls can be made or received in designated areas throughout the golf course -- for example, at concession stands.

PRO-AM:

PROHIBITED ITEMS: The following cannot be brought into the tournament -
- No cameras (other than practice rounds and Pro-Am for personal photographic use only)
- No bags or backpacks larger than 8"W x 8"H x 8"D in its natural state
- No cases and/or covers (such as a chair or umbrella covers)
- No signs, posters and/or banners
- No televisions and/or radios
- No food and/or beverages
- No containers and/or coolers
- No pets (other than service animals)
- No metal-spiked golf shoes
- No noisemaking devices
- No weapons (regardless of permit, including but not limited to firearms and knives)
- Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the Champions Tour and/or Tournament Security Personnel is their sole discretion.
- Parents with small children are allowed to bring strollers and diaper bags, if needed. The items are subject to reasonable inspection before entering and/or at any time during the tournament.
RAIN POLICY:
If it rains any day of the tournament, play will continue as long as it is deemed safe to do so. The Champions Tour and the tournament staff will always keep spectators informed at the earliest possible moment of any changes made on this policy based upon situational circumstances.
RESTROOMS:
Restrooms are located all around the golf course, mostly adjacent to concession areas.

Medical Headquarters is located in the clubhouse parking lot. Three remote medical locations can be found by hole #6, and #15. IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY WHILE ON THE GOLF COURSE, NOTIFY A MARSHAL ON ANY HOLE.
TELEVISION:
The Regions Tradition will be televised live on the Golf Channel Thursday - Sunday. Please see the Schedule of Events for exact times.
TICKETS:
WEATHER WARNING & SUSPENSION OF PLAY:
The tournament will have meteorology staff on-site monitoring the possibility of inclement weather. If inclement weather is approaching, a "Weather Warning" notification will be posted on all electronic scoreboards throughout the course. When this message appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precaution such as evacuating bleachers and hospitality tents. In the event of a weather warning, please avoid: open areas, hilltops, high places, isolated trees, golf carts and wire fences. If play is suspended, which will be indicated by one prolonged air-horn blast, please close your umbrella and seek shelter immediately.
